البيانات التي نجمعهاData we collect

بيانات الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني الذي تسجّل به، أو معرّف حساب Google إذا سجّلت به.Account data: the email address you register with, or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.

بيانات اللعب: شخصياتك وتقدّمك ومستوياتك وعناصرك وعملاتك الافتراضية وبيوتك وسفنك وإنجازاتك، وتُحفظ على الإنترنت مع حسابك.Gameplay data: your characters, progress, levels, items, virtual currencies, houses, ships and achievements, saved online with your account.

الدردشة: الرسائل التي تكتبها في الدردشة العامة وفي دردشة العالم يراها اللاعبون الآخرون، وقد تُحفظ لأغراض الأمن والإشراف.Chat: messages you write in public and world chat can be seen by other players, and may be kept for security and moderation.

بيانات تقنية: مثل إصدار اللعبة، وأوقات الاتصال بالسيرفر، وعنوان الاتصال، وأخطاء التشغيل، وتُستخدم لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها وإصلاح الأخطاء.Technical data: such as the game version, times you connect to the server, your connection address and crash errors, used to run and protect the service and fix bugs.

كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use your data

نستخدمها لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ تقدّمك ونقله بين أجهزتك، ولحماية الحسابات ومنع الغش والإساءة، ولتحسين اللعبة وإصلاح أخطائها، وللتواصل معك بشأن حسابك. ولا نطلب منك بيانات أكثر مما تحتاجه هذه الأغراض.We use it to run the game, save your progress and move it between your computers, protect accounts and prevent cheating and abuse, improve the game and fix its bugs, and contact you about your account. We do not ask for more data than these purposes need.

نعتمد على مزوّدي خدمات لتشغيل اللعبة، وهم مزوّد تسجيل الدخول (Google عند اختيارك له) ومزوّدو الاستضافة والتخزين السحابي. ولا نبيع بياناتك. وقد نكشف عنها إذا أوجب القانون ذلك أو لحماية حقوق اللعبة ولاعبيها.We rely on service providers to run the game: the sign-in provider (Google, when you choose it) and hosting and cloud-storage providers. We do not sell your data. We may disclose it where the law requires, or to protect the rights of the game and its players.

الموقع وملفات الارتباطThe website and cookies

لا يستخدم الموقع أدوات تتبّع إعلانية. ويحفظ في متصفحك اختيارك للغة فقط. وعند فتح الصفحات يقرأ الموقع من خوادم اللعبة رقم آخر إصدار وحالة السيرفر.The website uses no advertising trackers. It keeps only your language choice in your browser. When pages open, the website reads the latest version number and the server status from the game's servers.

مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف البياناتRetention and deletion

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا وما تقتضيه الحاجة أو القانون. ويمكنك أن تطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بمراسلتنا على support@ireportai.com، وسننظر في طلبك. وحذف الحساب يعني فقدان التقدّم نهائيًا. ونحتفظ بالحق في حذف الحسابات المخالفة أو غير النشطة.We keep your data while your account exists and as needed or required by law. You may ask us to delete your account and data by writing to support@ireportai.com, and we will consider your request. Deleting an account means losing your progress permanently. We reserve the right to delete accounts that break the rules or are inactive.

وبما أن اللعبة نسخة تجريبية، فقد تُفقد البيانات أو تُحذف أو يُعاد ضبطها لأسباب تقنية، كما هو مبيّن في الشروط.Because the game is a beta, data may also be lost, deleted or reset for technical reasons, as set out in the terms.

حقوقكYour rights

لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وأن تعترض على استخدامها، بمراسلتنا على support@ireportai.com. وسنردّ في مدة معقولة وفق القوانين المعمول بها.You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its use, by writing to support@ireportai.com. We will reply within a reasonable time under the laws that apply.

الصغارYoung players

إذا كان عمرك دون سنّ الرشد القانوني في بلدك فاستخدم اللعبة بعلم وليّ أمرك وموافقته. ولا نجمع عمدًا بيانات من الأطفال دون ذلك.If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, use the game with your parent or guardian's knowledge and consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children without it.

التعديل على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نعدّل هذه السياسة من وقت إلى آخر، وننشر أحدث إصدار منها في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث. واستمرارك في استخدام اللعبة بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.We may change this policy from time to time and publish the latest version on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
